How to make it

  1. Pan-fry chicken legs in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow and set aside.
  2. Use remaining oil to saute garlic, ginger and green onion.
  3. Add chicken legs, seasoning mix and boil.
  4. Turn to low heat and cook for about 30 minutes until sauce thickens, turning occasionally.
