Marinade

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1tsp

Seasoning

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce 1tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee White Vinegar 1tbsp
  • Wasabi sauce 2tsp
  • Sugar 2tsp

How to make it

  1. Marinade the chicken for 10 minutes. Steam till cooked through. Shred the chicken. 
  2. Put all the ingredients into the fridge.
  3. Mix the seasoning and drizzle onto the ingredients.

  4. Tips:

    Wasabi can be replaced with mustard. Different in style yet equally delicious.
