  • Water ½ cup
  • Spaghetti noodles 140 g
  • Lee Kum Kee Coarse Ground Black Peppercorns ½ tsp.
  • Butter 4 Tbsp.
  • Flour 2 Tbsp.
  • Cooking oil 2 Tbsp.

  • Lee Kum Kee Concentrated Chicken Broth 2 Tbsp.

How to make it

  1. Marinate chicken in 2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Concentrated Chicken Broth.
  2. Cook spaghetti thoroughly, rinse with cold water, drain, and set aside.
  3. Add 1 Tbsp. cooking oil to a heated pan, dust chicken with flour, pan-fry till golden brown.
  4. Add water and bring to a boil, add black pepper, add remaining 2 Tbsp. concentrated chicken broth, and add butter. Stir to mix well.
  5. Add spaghetti and pan-fry till sauce thickens. Ready to serve.
