Cook all seafood until fully cooked, then remove and soak in ice water. Once the seafood is completely frozen, remove it and set it aside.
Slice the lemon, chop the chilli peppers, coriander, basil and set aside.
Mix the cold dish seasoning with the chopped lemon, chilli peppers, coriander, and basil. Then add the seafood and mix well. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
Tip: Place the clams in water and add about a teaspoon of salt, then wait for an hour, the clams will purge sand from their shell.
