Chilli Garlic Braised Mackerel

How to make it

  1. Marinate the mackerel.
  2. Pan-fry the mackerel in 2 tbsp oil until golden. Set aside.
  3. Saute onion in 1 tbsp oil, add chilli and turnip. Stir well until heated through.
  4. Return mackerel to pan with the mixed sauces. Cook over low heat until sauce thickened and ingredients cooked.
