Chilli Garlic Butter Prawns
What You Will Need
Ingredients
- Prawn Meat 300 g
- Onion [cut into small pieces] 100 g
- Butter 30 g
- Chopped Green Onion 1 tbsp
Seasoning
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Cornstarch ½ tsp
Sauce Mix
- Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
- Water 80 mL

How to make it
Sauté onion in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add prawn meat and toss well.
Add seasoning mix and simmer until prawn is cooked.
Remove from heat. Add green onion and butter. Stir to melt the butter until sauce is thickened.
