Chinese Yam Noodles with Duck and Vinegar

How to make it

Marinate the duck breast for 10 minutes. Pan fry on medium high heat till fully cooked.
Blanch the garlic chives and bean sprouts with oil and salt. Boil the water and add chicken powder.
Cook the noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain well and mix with seasoning.
Slice the duck breast. Put it on top of the noodles with garlic chives and bean sprouts. Serve with chicken soup and fried garlic.


Using chicken thigh or pork chop is just as delicious as duck breast.
