How to make it

  1. Cook fettuccine in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain.
  2. Mix beef with marinade.
  3. Saute minced garlic in 2 tbsp oil. Add beef and stir-fry until almost done. Add courgette, bell pepper and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in fettuccine, sauce mix and heat through.
