How to make it

Dice pork and mix with marinade.
Heat oil in a frying pan, add pumpkin. Drain after cooked
Add oil in the pan and fry beating eggs. Add rice and stir to combine. Set aside.
Stir-fry pork in 2 Tbsp oil until done. Add mushroom, prawns, scallop, Chinese kale and pumpkin. Stir in sauce mix and heat through. Pour over fried rice.
