How to make it
Soak glutinous rice into water for 3 hours. Set aside.
Cut the soaked mushroom into dices. Finely chop the dried shrimp. Rinse and slice the Chinese sausage.
Pan fry the beaten egg until golden. Transfer to plate and cut into strips.
Add Chinese sausage into the rice cooker, stir fry until the oil is released. Followed by minced garlic, dried shrimp and mushroom, sautés until fragrant.
Drain the glutinous rice and place into the rice cooker, add oyster sauce and toss well. Pour in mushroom water, close the lid and start cooking.
Sprinkle the egg strips, peanut and chopped green onion on top before serve.
Cook all the ingredients in one-pot makes the cooking more convenient.
