How to make it

  1. Mix salmon with marinade.
  2. Pan-fry salmon in 1 tbsp oil until golden yellow. Put on a serving plate.
  3. Stir-fry bell peppers in remaining oil for a short while. Stir in sauce mix and heat through. Pour over fried salmon fillet.
