How to make it

  1. Mix fish with marinade.
  2. Add Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce and green onion to eggs.
  3. Beat well. Heat 3 tbsp oil. Stir-fry fish fillet until done.
  4. Add egg mixture and scramble quickly until mixture is just done.
