How to make it

Bring the seasoning mix to boil. Put chicken in and add enough hot water to cover. Cook over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes until chicken is done.
Take out and submerge chicken in ice water. Drain and chop into pieces. Set aside. Pour mixed dressing over chicken.
Sprinkle chopped peanuts and diced green onion.
