  • Egg 2 pcs, whisked
  • Pumpkin 1pcs (Around 500g)
  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 2tsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Concentrated Chicken Broth 1/2 tsp
  • Water 60ml
  • Cooked crab meat 20g
  • Chopped green onion, for garnish

How to make it

  1. Steam the pumpkin in high heat for 15 minutes.
  2. Cut the top of the pumpkin and keep it aside as “lid”. Remove the seeds. Dice the pumpkin flesh then put it back into the pumpkin. Add in the concentrated chicken broth, mix well.
  3. Mix the egg with oyster sauce, water and half of the crab meat.
  4. Add the egg mixture into the pumpkin. Wrap tightly with cling film. Steam for 15 minutes.

  5. Top with green onion and the rest of the crab meat. Serve immediately.

  6. Tips:

    1. Concentrated chicken broth brings out the sweetness of the pumpkin.

    2. Steamed pumpkin is easier to cut through.
