How to make it

  1. Soak the vermicelli in water until soft, then drain and mix with the seasoning, garlic, and diced red pepper.
  2. Open the oysters, remove the meat from the shells, clean the shells, evenly spread the mixed vermicelli in the shells and place the oyster meat on it.
  3. Boil water in a pot, place the oysters in the pot and steam over high heat for about 5 minutes. Finally, sprinkle chopped scallions over the oysters as a garnish, and drizzle with a little hot oil for added flavor.
