Stir-fried Crab in Chilli Hoisin Sauce

- Crab 600 g [dried and cut into pieces]
- Ginger 4 slices
- Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic 2 tsp
- Green onion 4 pcs [sectioned]
- Chilli 1 pc [red, diced]
- Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce3 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Chilli Bean Sauce2 tbsp
- Corn starch 1/2 Cup [for dusting]
- Cooking wine 1 tbsp
Sauce Mix
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce2 tsp
- Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
- Water 4 tbsp
- Corn starch 1/2 tsp

How to make it

Dust crabs with corn starch. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain.

Heat 2 tbsp oil. Saute ginger, garlic, chilli and green onions. Add Hoisin Sauce and Chilli Bean Sauce and fry until fragrant.

Add crabs, sizzle wine. Stir in sauce mix and heat through.
