How to make it

Marinate chicken meat pieces with Oyster Sauce and corn starch. 
Stir-fry chicken in oil until done.
Add shallots, ginger, spring onions, Oyster Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Spicy Black Bean Sauce. Stir well for about 2 minutes until heated through.
