How to make it

  1. Dust crabs with corn starch. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain.
  2. Heat 3 tbsp oil. Saute minced ginger, garlic and green onions. Add crabs and seasoning mix. Stir well until heated through.
  3. Stir in thickening and cook until thickens.
