  • Crab1 kg [dried and cut into pieces]
  • Green onion 4 pcs [sectioned]
  • Corn starch 1/2 Cup [for dusting]
  • Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger 2 tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic 1/2 tsp

Seasoning

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Water 60 ml
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Cooking Wine 1 tsp

  • Water 2 tbsp
  • Corn starch 1 tsp

How to make it

  1. Dust crabs with corn starch. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain.
  2. Heat 3 tbsp oil. Saute minced ginger, garlic and green onions. Add crabs and seasoning mix. Stir well until heated through.
  3. Stir in thickening and cook until thickens.
