Stir-fried Crabs with Oyster Sauce
What You Will Need
Ingredients
- Crab1 kg [dried and cut into pieces]
- Green onion 4 pcs [sectioned]
- Corn starch 1/2 Cup [for dusting]
- Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger 2 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic 1/2 tsp
Seasoning
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
- Water 60 ml
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Cooking Wine 1 tsp
Sauce Mix
- Water 2 tbsp
- Corn starch 1 tsp

How to make it

Dust crabs with corn starch. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain.

Heat 3 tbsp oil. Saute minced ginger, garlic and green onions. Add crabs and seasoning mix. Stir well until heated through.

Stir in thickening and cook until thickens.
