How to make it

In a wok, heat oil over medium high heat. Add prawns and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add Shaoxing wine. Take the prawns out and set aside.
In a wok over medium high heat, add oil. Fry shallot, onion, garlic and prawns.
Mix the seasoning well and pour onto the prawns. Cook until the sauce sticks to the prawns. Sprinkle with green onion.


Add chili into the sauce to give a spicy kick.
