How to make it
Cook Tienstin cabbage in boiling water until tender. Take out and squeeze out most of the water. Chop into small pieces
Marinate minced pork and shrimp meat. Stir in Tienstin cabbage and divide into 12 portions.
Wrap the filling with wrappers and form into wantons.
Cook wantons in a large pot of boiling water for about 5 minutes or until done.
Drain and put onto a deep serving plate.
Stir in seasoning mix and sprinkle with Chinese celery and red chilli. Serve hot.
