  • Beef tenderloin/Ribeye 400 g [cut into 1 inch cube]
  • Sweetened roasted walnut 50 g
  • Asparagus 90 g [peeled and sectioned]
  • Red Chilli 25 g [cut into pieces]
  • Roasted shrimp roe 1 Tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce 2 Tbsp

How to make it

  1. Marinate beef for 15 minutes. Mix well.
  2. Stir-fry beef in 1 Tbsp oil until almost done and both sides are golden yellow.
  3. Add asparagus and red chilli and stir-fry until fragrant. Add XO Sauce, shrimp roe and sweetened roasted walnut. Stir well until heated through.
