How to make it

Boil pork belly in boiling water for 10 minutes, turn to low heat and cook for another 30 minutes. Rest for a while before slicing.
Crush cucumbers, cut into slice with a slicer. Arrange on a serving plate.
Add garlic paste and Chinese Style Vinaigrette Dressing, garnish with red chilli.
Tips:• You can adjust the proportions of dressing to suit your taste.
