How to make it

  1. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper ground. Pan fry the salmon fillet until done. Set aside until cool and then sliced.
  2. Cook the ziti in boiling water until tender, season with a little salt. Drain.
  3. Mix the salmon fillets, ziti, green peas, celery, lemon juice and dill with wasabi flavoured sesame dressing.
  4. Tips:

    -You can adjust the proportions of dressing to suit your taste.

    -You can choose canned tuna to replace salmon fillet. You can choose macaroni/fusilli to replace ziti.
