How to make it

Steamed salted egg yolk and mash
Add marinade to prawns and set aside for 10 minutes. Deep fry prawns until half done. Drain and set aside.
Heat 1 Tbsp oil and add mashed egg yolks. Fry until foamy. Add prawns and stir fry until well-coated.
Remove from the heat and dip with Sriracha Mayo.
