How to make it

Wash the fresh matsutake and dry with kitchen paper, cut the matsutake into pieces.
Heat the oil with high heat, fry the matsutake with low heat until golden brown, set aside.
Sauté the minced garlic and chilli pepper over low heat until fragrant, then add the matsutake and seasonings and sauté over medium heat. Ready to serve.
