How to make it

Marinate the chicken thigh for at least 1 hour.
Cook the chicken thigh with boiling water. Let it cooled and set aside after shredding.
Marinate the cucumber and carrot with ¼ tsp. salt for 5 minutes and squeeze out the water.
Mix all the seasoning as the dressing.
Pour the sauce over all the ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
