How to make it
Peel and devein the shrimps, make a shallow cut along the back of each shrimp.
Cut the spring roll wrapper into half. Place a shrimp in the centre and roll up firmly, sticking the edge of the wrapper with wet flour.
Deep fry the shrimp roll until golden brown.
Served with Thai Style Sweet and Sour Dressing dipping sauce.
