Clean abalones by lightly brushing the top and sides. Steam abalones (still attached to shell) for 10 min and soak them in ice water. Release the meat from the shell and remove the organs. Keep the shell and set aside.
Mix all the seasonings, add abalones and stir well. Put back on the shell and serve.
Tips： Steam the abalones with organs can make it taste more tender and reduce shrinkage.
