How to make it
Cut the white part of spring onion into sections and chop the green part of spring onion.
Heat the oil with low heat, saute dried shrimps until fragrant. Set aside.
Add oil into the pan, saute red chilli and white part of spring onion.
Mix half of the mixture in step 3 with the dry noodles.
Mix the remaining mixture in step 3 with all the sauce mix ingredients and bring to boil.
Add abalones, XO Sauce and dried shrimps into the noodles, pour the sauce mix over and sprinkle with chopped spring onion.
