How to make it

Add XO Sauce into the squid paste and mix well.
Take a small portion (around 20g) and knead as a ball. Repeat the step until all the mixture are done.
Air-fry the squid balls at 200° for 10 minutes.
Add in honey and toss well. Air-fry for 3 minutes at 180°.

Tips:

1. Wet your hands with water before you knead. It helps to avoid sticking your hands from thesquid paste.

2. Prepare a plate with plastic wrap and brush a layer of oil. Then put the squid balls in step 2 on the plate. It helps to avoid sticking the plate from the squid balls.
