How to make it
Soak the bamboo skewers in boiling water for 30 minutes. Keep for later use.
Cut the leek heart into 1-inch thick and chicken thigh into 1-inch cube. Thread alternating leeks and chicken pieces onto the skewers.
Mix the marinade and brush on the skewers. Heat the oil and pan fry the skewers until done.
Served with Roasted Sesame Dressing dipping sauce.
Tips: You can adjust the proportions of dressing to suit your taste.
