How to make it
Preheat the oven to 230°C.
Dissolve the yeast in warm water. In a mixing bowl, combine the bread flour, sugar and salt. Add the yeast mixture with olive oil and knead it well until soft. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and leave the dough until it is double the size about 45 minutes. Knead the dough one more time and leave it for 15 minutes.
Knead the dough and roll out the size of your preference. Poke this pizza dough base evenly using a fork
Brush the dough with olive oil, tomato paste, 2 tablespoons Wasabi Flavored Sesame Dressing. Spread the mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and cherry tomato on the dough evenly.
Bake it for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove the pizza from the oven. Sprinkle the crab meat and basil leaf over the pizza. Serve with Wasabi Flavored Sesame Dressing.
